And i think Trump is the reason behind it because ever since he came into office , the rent was raised for minorities and so were the prices on food, soap, bills etc. and white people started moving into the neighborhoods that consist of minorities or "bad neighborhoods" and started building stores and buildings that would attract white people like how they built a Starbucks and an IHOP in Bed-Stuy, one of the worst neighborhoods in NYC.
