It tells about a rivality between two families: Montecchi and Capuleti, and the love story between two teenagers of the families. The lovers, Giulietta and Romeo, do a secret marriage but in that day Romeo kills Giulietta's cousin; so he must escape from Verona. Giulietta is forced to marry a nobleman but to avoid that she drinks a potion and sleeps for 42 hours, while, a friar informs Romeo that he should bring her to Mantova. Unfortunately the message fails and doesn't reach Romeo in time.  Romeo  seeing Juliet apparently dead, decides to kill himself with poison after kissing her. Then Juliet finds Romeo dead, takes his knife and kills herself.
For me it is the most beautiful play of William Shakespeare because it shows that nobody can stop true love; and when people try to the only consequence is suffering for all.

Neighbors heard screams of a french voice and another voice that they failed to distinguish. The doors and windows of the house were locked from the inside; there were no secret passages; so how did the killer escape? Auguste Dopin tries to solve the mystery. Just observing the crime scene he was able to understand: the murderer escaped from the window because, although the room is on the fourth floor, the window was close to a lightning conductor cable; only a very agile man, however, could climb that. The two bodies were treated horribly. The daughter was put in the fireplace with her head down and he cut the mother's throat and ripped her all the hair. Only a strong man could do that. But who is so strong and so agile?
I really enjoyed this book even because it was the first of this kind and certainly will not be the last; I was very intrigued and I tried to solve the mystery too.

My favorite of them is "The Man Who Cut Off My Hair". It tells about a girl,Judith Lee, she is deaf but she is good in lip-reading. One day when she was on a train she saw the conversation between two men about the stealing they were organizing in her neighbor's house. A few days later Judith went Mr Colegate's house, and saw the two man in his house. One of the thief saw the girl, took her, tied her to the chair and cut her long hair. Judith became very angry but beside that she was able to notice once again the conversation between the two men. After they went away and Mr Colegate came home, he set free Judith and called the police. The girl said all the story and went with the police in a place where the two man were.
I like this story because tells about a brave girl that saves her neighbor and helpes the police. All the book is very beautiful and all the stories are engaging. When his wife died he lost all the money and he moved to a little flat with his sons. After some years he found a work in a paint factory and he became rich again. One day while he was doing some experiment he discovered that the paint refuses was dangerous for the ambient and they went to the river;  so he wrote to  the supervisior, David Wilson, if it was possible to buy some machine to clean the refuses. David didn't accept because the machines were too expensive and he said to John that he could't say anything to anyone.
After John's daughter got married and became pregnant, her husband which was a local ambient writer decided to go in the factory to write an article. He went there with his wife, Christine, on a boat. During the travel the girl hit the head and fell in the river. Meanwhile John was doing an interview with some scientists of London and he told them that the factory wasn't dangerous. One of the scientists told to John that his daughter fell in the river. John was worried because she was pregnant and admited the truth. Christine was saved by her husband and her father wanted to see her, but she didn't accept that because of the lies. After some time Christine's baby was going to born and she was at the hospital, and her dad John arrived with some presents.
I like this book because I don't like liars and I would like to live in a honest world one day. Every one for me has to read this book to realize how much is dangerous don't think to the effect of an action.

This book tells about some thing that only some people knows. It is William Shakespeare's life but it is tells by Toby, his imaginary friend that was next him for all his life. It started in Stratford-Apon-Valley, the country where William borned in 1564. The unreal character tells us about the marriage with Anne Hathaway and when he had his three sons a daughter and two twins. William and Toby went in London where there started the career of the famous poet. But William didn't start like a poet immediately. At the first he was an actor but he wasn't very good. Suddenly all the theatres of London closed and Shakespeare hadn't got a house so he went to the Earl of Southampton. After some time theatres opened and William become famous; queen saw his plays, too.  After William returned in Stratford with Toby, and he died there in 1616.
It is a good book but only for who is interested of William's life. The woman, so, have to wear a scarlet letter on chest of her dress, an "A" for show her adultery. After some times Hester's husband come and when he know what's happen he looks for revenge. the real father of the baby, Pearl; is Dimmesdale, a preacher. He always tells against sins but he has done one. Hester's husband become a doctor and only after seven years he find out Pearl's father. Dimmesdale decide to discover the truth but he die for emotion and on his chest someone can see the letterr "A" that Hester's husband, a doctor, branded to him. Pearl and Hester escape and only Hester will come back to old age.
