So you take it upon yourself to attempt to straightening your hair on your own, you go right in pick up the iron and burn your hand immediately. Shouting for your mom, here she comes asking whats the matter? You let her know you've burned yourself, so firsts things first she checks the burn to see how major it is, its minor so she turns on the cold water and tells you to put your hand under the water. You asked for ice but that would just make it worse, so after 15 minutes or so she gets you some aloe vera gel and wraps up your burn so you can heal up good.
