I prefer only peaches rather than lots of different kinds of fruit on the tart, not just because peach is my favorite fruit, but also I like to keep it simple.

Besides, the taste of peaches and custard are perfectly matched. Peach tastes sweet and aromatic, and also feels like summer which can fresh me up a lot.
