         <description><![CDATA[<p>Three important needs for water: photosynthesis, digestion, habitat for many species.</p><p><br/></p><p>How is water distributed through the biosphere: Water is returned back to the atmosphere by the process of transpiration by plants and evaporation. Next, precipitation occurs when water vapor cools and falls back to Earth, this happens over land and over oceans. After that, water from land enters the ocean through seepage from the ground and down to the aquifer; this is where the soil is saturated with water. Also, water can reach the ocean by running off from the surface, this includes: flow from river, snow melting and glaciers.</p>]]></description>
