         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think a lot of NGOs are around that address inequality: homelessness, the poor etc. Yet, I think that the Power Distance Index is very strong in Malaysia, as it was mentioned that the Board has the notable and worthy and we have to work hard to convince them. Shouldn't it be the other way around, that the Board takes the effort to disprove something that the CEO, as the closest executive/daily proxy of the NGO's beneficiary, proposes? </div>]]></description>
