         <description><![CDATA[<div>Here are my proposed schedules, my favorite is #2 since the new CA law about start times in HS and the research says to start later in the day anyways). The periods are 1 hr and 15 mins but we should only require face to face for 30-45 mins of the period only. It also allows for an advisory period to connect with students with SEL strategies and to initiate meetings by appt with students). Office hours every day at the end of the day for making contact with parents and/or tutoring with students. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I'm not sure how this would work with minutes, but is there a way to give students an option between attending am or pm sessions?  This would be great for students that are responsible for siblings or have other responsibilities.  It gives them more flexibility.  For example, if Monday was Periods 1, 3, 5 and 7 each period would be about 20 minutes long and the same periods would be after lunch for 20 minutes each also. So maybe Period 1A would be a morning session and Period 1B is an afternoon session.</div>]]></description>
