         <title>Garlic Sautéed Broccoli &amp; Swiss Chard Medley</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Servings:</strong> 2–3 as a side<br></p><p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p><ul><li><p>1 small head of <strong>broccoli</strong>, chopped into bite-sized florets</p></li><li><p>1 bunch of <strong>Swiss chard</strong>, stems removed and leaves roughly chopped</p></li><li><p>2–3 cloves <strong>garlic</strong>, minced</p></li><li><p>2 tablespoons <strong>olive oil</strong></p></li><li><p>Salt and pepper, to taste</p></li><li><p>Optional: a squeeze of <strong>lemon juice</strong> or a pinch of <strong>chili flakes</strong> for a kick</p></li></ul><p><strong>Instructions:</strong></p><ol><li><p><strong>Steam or boil the broccoli</strong> for 2–3 minutes until just tender, then drain and set aside.</p></li><li><p>In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.</p></li><li><p>Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant (don’t let it brown!).</p></li><li><p>Toss in the chopped Swiss chard and cook for about 2–3 minutes, until wilted.</p></li><li><p>Add the steamed broccoli to the pan and mix everything together. Cook for another 2–3 minutes.</p></li><li><p>Season with salt, pepper, and a little lemon juice or chili flakes if you like.</p></li><li><p>Serve warm as a side dish, or pile it on toast with a fried egg for a quick meal!</p></li></ol>]]></description>
