Definition:
A special right, advantage, or immunity granted or available only to a particular person or group of people (google dictionary definition).

Certain advantages given to someone who doesn't necessarily work have to work to achieve the goal based on a aspect of their life that they cannot control. Sometimes individuals are aware and other times they are not.

Examples:
A female walking near a construction site and being unnerved compared to a male that does not have to be weary of someone watching them or making them feel uncomfortable.
