As a language teacher, I can identify many ways to develop language with ChatGPT. As it is based on language though, kids who struggling with it, will have a hard time communicating here as well. It is important to teach them how to prompt and to effectively ask for help. For many, typing is another obstacle. Overall, authentic interaction is key to learning and I cannot imagine many students who will stay engaged without face to face communication no matter how customised it is. Adults may be a different matter. They might have other motivations for pursuing a course like this one for example.

As other coleagues wrote, the AI is mostly trained on "words" and "texts" so it has "problems" with numbers. Moreover, it is still only a machine that just puts together all the data available which can be also sometimes irrelevant or having some typoos.
