An example of this is where some businesses choose to advertise on social media and some who don't. Social media in the likes of Facebook and Instagram have such a huge impact on our lives and we find ourselves using them more each year. If you have a strategic plan for advertising on social media that can have a positive outcome for your business whether your are big or small and this allows your to stay relevant within your market.

Being able to complete a task faster with more efficiency can help the business produce more product in a set amount of time and therefor make more revenue. If the process is taking longer than before the business will lose out on potential revenue from that product.

The new management brings with them new ideas and process . This equals change and most don't like change as their control changes as well. Some though welcome the change and see it as a positive.

New laws in place mean the company has to enforce safer working conditions. For example wearing of gloves or safety glasses (PPE) while working. Some dont want to wear the PPE but they have to as they directive is there to do so. After a while after wearing the PPE it can become the norm and people "forget" when they didn't have to wear it.
