         <title>Technology: This can either be positive or negative for an organisation. A perfect example is online streaming of television and movies; while this was the nail in the coffin for video stores this created a new and competitive market for streaming services. </title>

         <title>Change in Government: This has a huge affect on my own workplace. The previous Government cut funding resulting in one of our sites closing, causing job loss and reassignment of staff, the new Government increased the budget included new facilities to be built and a huge drive for new staff, plan and processes are in place to better manage staff should we find ourselves back to where we were a couple of years back.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>A simple change in the way something is done or produced within an organisation can have a positive or negative effect on the way the business operates in the future.<br>Being able to complete a task faster with more efficiency can help the business produce more product in a set amount of time and therefor make more revenue.          <title>Change to health and safety</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>New laws in place mean the company has to enforce safer working conditions. For example wearing of gloves or safety glasses (PPE) while working. Some dont want to wear the PPE but they have to as they directive is there to do so.
