         <description><![CDATA[<div>Bismarck didn't push for Austrian friendship, Wilhelm II pushed for Austrian friendship.<br>Bismarck was for Russian friendship as he didn't want France and Russia as allies as it would create a two front war.<br>Yes, Bismarck wasn't against Austrian friendship as he figured he might need them later as an ally if need be, which is why the Prussians peace deal with the Austrians wasn't as harsh as expected in the Austro-Prussian war.</div>]]></description>
