We have a relatively small trained so far. 2. A complete change in classroom design. Do away with desks in rows. Create more unique, inspirational working areas to promote student engagement and creativity. 
3. Student work that promotes critical thinking, collaboration, and independent skills. Content that is not just delivered by teachers but sought after by students. Work that integrates technology in ways that foster creative and out-of-the box thinking and problem-solving.
