         <description><![CDATA[<div>Our goal is to promote more student-centered and student-engaged classrooms and less teacher-centered instruction. We have a relatively small trained so far. We need to continue investing in more training.  We also want to make students more motivated to take control of their own learning, which includes building their capacity to self-assess and adjust as necessary.  Education is for the students; they should be instrumental in the process.</div>]]></description>
