It means so much to me because it is something that needs to be changed and its a topic that is not talked about enough. What intrigues me is that there is so much rape that is unreported. It just makes me want to know why people are not speaking up about it. Something that I learned about rape that i did not know before is that 1/5 women will be raped sometime in there life while 1/71 men will get raped sometime in their life. Some questions that will guide me are, What is rape? Is it reported enough? Are people punished fairly and equally for committing the same crime?
