         <description><![CDATA[<div>Yes, I believe Prohibition would be different if drinking alcohol had been outlawed completely. I believe that it would be prohibited because if it was outlawed completely it would be forbidden in all the states in the U.S. meaning that if anybody were to be caught drinking or selling drinking alcohol would go to jail.</div>]]></description>

Even in todays society there many laws and still people dont follow those laws. I look at it like it doesnt matter who you are if you want alcohol your going to find one way or another to get it. </div>]]></description>

When a law is passed or something is outlawed most people tend to follow the rules and do as they are supposed to. I agree that a select few would break the law in order to drink alcohol , but I don't believe the number would be so outrageous that is would make absolutely no difference in prohibition. </div>]]></description>
