The purpose of our project “ALPINE” is to produce a cleanest water and create a new and attractive design of packaging . Last year, we designed the new logo and modified the shape and size of the water bottle to make it more viral . So, we have needed to check our customers feedback for our next development steps . On the other hand , we are currently facing a problem because our export truck has been damage from accident . But we have rented an export car . By next week, our export truck will be repaired and we can use it normally again.

Our main customers will be: 1.Students and young people who love sweet snacks. 2.Working adults who need quick breakfast options .3. Families looking for homemade cakes for birthdays or parties. Offer special discounts on first orders. Use high quality product photos to attract customers. Sweet Haven Bakery is a simple but profitable business that combines passion for baking with modern marketing strategies. It not only offers fresh, homemade food to the community but also provides an opportunity for financial independence and creativity.

Our new project "HANDY MANDY " which means handmade accessories items such as small clothes, hair bands, phone cover and key chain. We focuses on creating a unique style of handmade products. Last week, we successfully finished the planning and design process. We have also created some early product samples and received feedback from some partners. At the moment, the team in working on improving the design and preparing the online sales. We faced some delays due to difficulty in getting the good materials but we have now found reliable suppliers and updated our schedule accordingly. Overall, the project is on track and the next step including checking the quality of products, completing the product collection and starting marketing activities. We are planning to launch next month.

Our project “Year-End Sales” aims to give 70% discounts to all customers. We planned the sale period and chose the start and end dates last month. We also listed discount products such as skincare, cosmetics, and clothing. On the other hand, our team has posted advertisements on social media and has received positive feedback from customers. We faced some problems with slow product uploads, but we fixed by adding more staff. Our teamwork has improved, and we have managed to organize products more efficiently. We will continue promoting the sale, check customer feedback, and prepare the final report after the sale ends.

Publishing A Book Project

Our project is to publish the book by the writer. The deadline is in this week on Saturday. Today is Monday, so we all have time to catch up some of unfinished works. We got the Manuscript by a writer, called "Chit San Win" last month. The editing department has already finished their job ahead of schedule since last week, I haven't got any updates from marketing department yet, and I haven't spoken to stay within a budget to them. I promise that this project will meet the deadline. For the cover of the book, I will delegate the tasks to my assistance to place an order, and for all of information of publishing, she will collate. I will talk to the marketing department to discuss that this book has to be our top sale of this year. After publishing this book, we will allocate resources by the costumers and the book shops.
