My analysis on this cityscape is that it uses a range of both light and dark. As you can see the sky has a very dark gloomy look whereas the buildings have a bright glazey look. This is a very powerful image because it gives makes you look at the main topic of the images because they are bold and eye catching which is a great technique which i might have to take into and the techniques they use to get high definition pictures. I also researched by visiting several different locations to find the perfect place to capture amazing views and site for my project.

I then experimented by going to my favourite three locations and capturing images of buildings and famous tourists site such as waterloo bridge. However,  on my first test shoot i wish i had taken more images so i could have a variety of different images for my final.

I planned this by visiting numerous locations and choosing my top three, I also had a rough idea of the outcome and made sure all the images i took were at different times so some would be in the dark and some would be in the light. 

During this project i learnt that it don't matter whether an image is taken in the light or dark it, it can always be merged into one to make a masterpiece. i also learnt that dark and light can have a very big impact on the mood of an image, it determines whether the image has a happy or sad feeling.
