connected to social movements which support equality, justice, marginalised groups. Today it's also stigmatised with narcicissm, being snobbish. ->ambiguous

Orginally pride was seen as the deadliest sin because it was linked to the devil. Pride sets in motion other sins (greed, lust ...)
