My mini me - I mean mini fig - was fun to decorate and reflect on how I would like to be my best teacher self. We did a lot of that over this past year as a part of self care and I decided to give that another go. 

In Hindsight2021, I really felt the struggle to get away from the COVID but look at two different aspects. While a lot of great apps, and advances in technology came out of COVD, I fear that we are also going to loose more than we gain with social interactions. 

Prototyping 101 was very informative. I, like my students, want to jump right in to the assignment and get it done. But when Adam said its good to plan (for more than the obvious reasons) so that teachers can see what the students are thinking and how their idea of a windmill is different than ours. I have to remember to take a step back and allow the planning otherwise you get my ideas which were not honed or refined and may still change.
