         <description><![CDATA[<div><mark>Second Continental Congress:</mark> was a convention of delegates from the Thirteen Colonies that started meeting in the spring of 1775 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania<br><mark>Declaration of Independence:</mark> statement adopted by the Second Continental Congress meeting at the Pennsylvania State House in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on July 4, 1776.<br><mark>Limited Government:</mark> limited government is where the government is empowered by law from a starting point of having no power, or where governmental power is restricted by law, usually in a written constitution<br><mark>Natural Rights: </mark>Rights that people supposedly have under natural law. The Declaration of Independence of the United States lists life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness as natural rights.<br><mark>Inalienable Rights:</mark>  a natural right that cannot be revoked by an outside force. In the Declaration of Independence Thomas Jefferson wrote that all men are "endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights" including "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.”</div><div><br></div><div><br></div>]]></description>
