         <description><![CDATA[<p>This theory was first proposed by the philosopher Plato. It refers to the idea that humans have the natural capacity to acquire knowledge innately, without needing direct instruction.</p><p><br/></p><p>Centuries later, Noam Chomsky applied this idea to language acquisition.
