Then, after school, we have to worry about work or maybe even a post-high school education. All of this stuff can be very stressful for a teenager, so why add on more stress with a child to take care of?

I'm not saying that getting pregnant is bad. It is a very big step in a couple's life, and if you are ready, then you should start working on that because having a child is a beautiful thing! But, there are many things that you have to give up when you consider having a child, and it is very hard to deal with many of these things as a teenager.
