2.Admin/Counseling "team" to manage LH tutoring schedule for students with more than 3 D/Fs
3.Comments option on the scheduling so kids know what they are going to do
4.Let kids move IF they have a pass from one to the other
5.Consequences for not attending are not severe enough to deter the behavior. Teachers do the work to find time, schedule them, take attendance - but they don't show up. After a couple times of that, it's difficult to have the enthusiasm to continue scheduling them!
