Circular saw can do all cuts too and has a feature to change the angle of the blade. As does a chop saw. 
A jigsaw is similar to the reciprocating saw it which it has an up and down action. it can do all those cuts but it wouldn't be best suited for angles or bevels, curves and shapes jigsaw is your best tool.

I would use a circular saw or a plunge saw. Plunge saw but to the capabilities of a guide rail. Circular Saw can have the a similar attachment.
b. Circular Saw 250mm is long enough to use a circular saw and would be a neater but then using a jigsaw.
