         <title>Lack of daily walking </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>A busy work environment provides a sense of guiltiness if I choose to go for a quick walk instead of being productive.</p><p>I should change this for all the evidence on the benefits of walking for physical and mental well-being.</p><p>I feel that going to the gym and cycle to/from work gives me an excuse to disregard this. </p><p>External drivers as having other colleagues joining could be beneficial and having this as a working culture could help. Internally, not finding “excuses” or not feeling guilty about it could also improve compliance with this behavioural change </p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
