Many great and famous successful persons throughout history have had numerous failures. It's possible that the failures they encountered were unthinkable. 

So failure is not something to be ashamed of, but rather an opportunity to learn and progress. When I fail, I believe I can do better since failure is not a humiliating experience. Failure can help me grow stronger by allowing me to recognize and comprehend my flaws, as well as assisting me in overcoming or correcting the error. Another crucial thing is application strategy. The two strategies are "Machine gun" and "Sniper." These two approaches to strategy are distinct in their own right. Machine gun approach is more likely to be able to help many companies boost their chances of landing a job. And the sniper technique is to concentrate on a single company with a CV.

How are you going to apply his strategy to your own job search?

For my opinion, I'm going to go with the machine gun strategy. The reason I chose the machine gun method is that it is more appropriate for my situation.
