As I shared previously, I grew up with my aunts, uncles and cousins so I freaked out and wondered how in the world I was going to fit everyone in my drawing. As I was drawing my stick figures, the teacher, a very sweet lady, came over and was confused asking who all those people were. I told her and she took my paper and crumbled it up. She said that was not my family and tried to explain that my family was only my parents and brother. She gave another paper to draw on, but the damage had been done.
