Try to select the session of the lesson that will better showcase possibilities of interactions, so you will be able to test the techniques and procedures by yourself.
Add routine elements and brain breaks as we were your students. They can be classroom rules, chants, attention grabbers, dances, etc.!
The demo class is a role-play moment. The "students" will try to speak Portuguese, but you can (and should) try to apply the techniques and strategies we learned to make students come back to English.
The lessons are not the first moments the students would have with English (or even with you). Approach us as your students.
You can add material, realia, games and other content you find interesting, it just need to be coherent.
