         <description><![CDATA[<div>Other ways to deal with stress is by avoiding addictives that can affect your habits, such as caffeine, alcohol, and nicotine. More ideas to take into account is getting enough sleep. Sleep is an important part of a humans day and should have enough or else you’ll be tired all day and not be able to do what you need to and end up drinking caffeine or energy drinks to keep you up, it’s like a cause and effect. If you stay up late you drink caffeine or energy drinks to make up for that lost sleep and you end up with high pressure and/or stress.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Emotional signs</strong>: students who are stressed usually show no emotion or aren’t engaged in activities. They seem unhappy and at times depressed. It comes in all shapes and sizes. Some shut themselves out from the world, where as others are aggressive and are vexed very quickly. <br><strong>Physical signs</strong>: when teens are stressed it really does show. Usually with headaches , nausea, dizziness, etc. they also have behavioral changes, such as a change in there schedule or loss of appetite.
