I never had very go snacks and was running low on toys to give away. My idea seemed brilliant I would lie my way into snacks. So I told some kids that if they gave me their snacks then they would get a piece of a business my uncle(He has never tried to make a business) was making so they could get free toys. After a couple weeks I started getting older kids from hire grades and tricking people in my class was easy but older kids were a challenge. I have too been caught in a lie such as that (when I was considerably younger). I don't like to lie, I don't usually lie with my family (it never ends well). I have built up trust with my family and to lie would be breaking that trust I have with them. I don't really have any stories of catching someone in a lie or myself being caught in a lie.

When it was due, and we had to present, it went well until the teacher asked us some question about how did we able to finish the work. The one who seemed to be bossy interrupted me and proclaimed that " we" didn't do the job and she did it all. It was absurd and shocking. And the teacher seemed to believe her. Usually it is when I borrow my sisters clothes, money, and things I say in general. Sometimes I catch myself doing this to make something sound funnier, exaggerate, or make something seem worse and more important then it is. I have been trying to stop doing this lately because it can change the entire outcome of something. 

One time I caught a girl gossiping online about me, and being super nice to me in person. I felt bad cause she was older then me and I always looked up to her. She eventually found out that I knew and stopped lying. I think she felt bad, and realized that she should not be doing this. She had done this to other people and apologized for lying and now we are all friends. This was also an example of bending of the truth because she took stuff that I did and made it sound like something rude, making her seem like the victim when really I wasn't trying to be rude
