Dear Mrs and Ms. Jones,

Good morning, today I am writing you a special letter regarding your daughter Davis. We have been noticing her that she has been helping a friend who is struggling to socialize and concentrate to do her work. Your daughter Davis has been doing her work so well lately and whenever she’s done with her work, instead of going into free play she takes her time to help a friend that is in need of help with their work.

We would like to recognize her for helping her classmates and give her a student of the month award. We would love to know if it is okay to give her juice, cookies and candies for helping out a friend and being the best student of the month.

If you can kindly talk to your daughter to keep helping others at home like how she helps everyone here at daycare, we would really appreciate it so she won’t ever feel bad for helping those who are in need of help. Thank you for raising your daughter so well with respect and Thank you for choosing our daycare and for trusting us with your daughter.
