Our stall was strategically located at Ruang Legar BHEPA during the #UNIMASPRENEUR Carnival. We operate as a shared ownership business, managed by a group of seven team members. Our business operated from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM during the Entrepreneurship Carnival. However, due to high demand, our ingredients often sold out before the closing time. Other than that, we were actively promoting our drinks through WhatsApp but our main social media for marketing is Instagram. Our Instagram handle is @tamutwisthuha.

The main customer's problems that we addressed were the discomfort caused by the scorching heat during the carnival. Thus, as a beverage business owner, we provided cold, fizzy, and refreshing beverages to help our customers stay cool and hydrated throughout the #UNIMASPRENEUR Carnival.

In my opinion, this #UNIMASPRENEUR Carnival proved to be the ideal platform to carry out this project, as it was well-received by the public. To our excitement, our drinks were in high demand, selling out on both days of the event. This positive response reinforced the importance of understanding customer needs which in our case, providing cold and refreshing beverages during the hot weather.

Overall, this experience taught us the importance of teamwork, adaptability, and customer focus in entrepreneurship. It was fulfilling to see our efforts turned into a successful venture, and we are grateful for the opportunity to develop practical skills that will benefit us in future entrepreneurial endeavors.

1. Longan Bliss

Longan Bliss is a tea base drink with a touch of asamboi and a dash of calamansi sourness to balance the sweet and sour taste. This was our hot selling menu, and it was the first to sold out for both days of the carnival. For this drink, we used a fresh longan to ensure the authentic taste, which is different from the ordinary " longan tea " .

2. Tropicana Frizz

Tropicana Frizz is our most refreshing drink because of the pulp of orange and the zesty of lemon spice up the taste bud even more. With the combination of Ice Cream Soda, the tingling taste definitely cold down the hotness of weather.

3. Ribena Splash

Ribena Splash is our second best seller. Living up to its name, this authentic Ribena with Sprite drink is spiced up with a hint of selasih to make it more special. Although it seems like an ordinary drink, it shockingly received a lot of support from the customer too.

All drinks are sold at RM4 which is a student friendly price.

I’ve been focusing on balancing both the creative side and the operational side like making sure we have enough Ribena Splash and ice stocked. The process of planning and managing these tasks has helped me understand the bigger picture of running a business. It’s rewarding to see how everything I do, from content creation to logistics, connects and contributes to building our brand.

Overall, I feel that my work is shaping how customers perceive us, and I’m excited about the impact it will have as we continue to learn from this MPU 3222 course.
