What does this source tells me about Singapore before 1819?
This source tells me that people uses spices and herbs like cinnamon,turmeric and chili for their cooking like for Malays,they cook  their ethnic dish,rendang ,and for the Chinese like making their sambal bedore 1819.

Also before 1819,people from Europe,Middle East,India and China came to Singapore.From there Singapore began to built.Those people were the ones that built the present Singapore which is today and now,my generation will be next to continue building Singapore.

Finally,after my research,I finally understand that people in Singapore uses herbs like cinnamon,turmeric and spices like chili to cook their ethnic dish.
