Our services has stretched far. It's time to consider hybrid mode for staff to have secondary appointment in another unit within the same institution. E.g. 3 days shift work and 2 days comm nursing? Or 4 days in ICU and 1 day in OT? 🤭

Staff who come to work before duty starts and start working e.g doing special assignment like checking e-trolley,CD feel like it’s a given and no recognition or incentive for being clocking more hours.

Allow staff to leave work 5 to 10 minutes earlier when time permits.Do not be sticky over time.

To take time to find out what does word means to the nurses in order to keep them engaged within the organisation.

There is too much focus on the younger nurses that the nurses working beyond 5 years may feel neglected..we should check in with nurses at that stage
