         <description><![CDATA[<p>DAY 2 : Today i went and learnt a few dance moves in the blackwater cheerleading practice. i am also participating rugby this year for the college. rugby league for the levin wolves u17s </p><p>while i was cheerleading i was actually happy i could be out there and just show off my moves but i also looked abit silly but glad i participated.</p><p>Barrier: i had a rugby meeting at lunch time and also didn't have no lunch which was bad.</p><p>Overcome: after the rugby meeting i went straight over too blackwater cheerleading and spent the last 10 minutes of the school lunch and particiapted at the blackwater cheerleading.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>DAY 3: Today i had blackwater cheerleading practice, we went over the moves i recently learnt from the day before so iwas happy and cant wait too perform at athletics day GOOO BLACKWATER.</p><p>another thing i have recently joined is study group, i joined study group too improve my education and achieve NCEA level 1 so thats another thing i have joined :)</p><p>bring on day 4!!!!</p><p>Barrier: i couldn't be bothered going cheerleading due too a injury in my foot.</p><p>Overcome:i sucked it up and went anyways.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>DAY 10:</p><p>Today i will be attending the study group, ill be doing my modern society work too help me achieve 4 credits towards NCEA Level 1. So far&nbsp; ive enjoyed attending study group has been a great influence on myself, learning more things in my own time.</p><p>Barrier: Tired and feel sick.</p><p>enabler:&nbsp; If i dont get these credits my mum won't buy me a car, and it will be a bad influence on myself then have to repeat the study the teachers already taught me too achieve these credits.</p><p>Outcome: Have breakfast, go sleep earlier and maybe take panadol.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I have joined the Waiopehu 7s rugby team, we have a tournament coming up called condors which we will be on sunday then another tournament next week on wednesday.</p><p>Every tuesdays and thursdays we have rugby training at 5:30 and finish around 7:00 so should be great.</p><p>Barrier: jhu jitsu later on tonight</p><p>Enabler: ill ask coach to let me off 15 minutes early and that gives me enough time to get my gears togo.</p><p>outcome: getting more fit, improving social well-being</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Monday i was very sore and i couldn't do much, on my league game on friday i got a slight concussion from my head hitting the ground first so i got taken cared off but i was cleared, on sunday we played 7s but unfortunalty we only won 1 game and lost 2.          <description><![CDATA[<p>Tuesday i have rugby 7s training for our last 7s tournement which wil happen tomorrow (wednesday) at playford called super six. Super six is a horowhenua kapiti rugby event where 6 colleges from each town compete in this which is called the Super six. We will be playing manuwatu,paraparaumu,kapiti,horowhenua,waiopehu and otaki.</p><p>Barrier: The rugby boots i wear has steel sprigs and the ground is hard and i got slight foot blisters</p><p>Enabler: My mum bought me some cheap new boots from warehouse that cost $35</p>]]></description>
