1.What Is The Event: Adolf Hitler’s life before WWII and what caused him to be the way he was and to do what he did.

2.Who Person/People Were Involved/What Was Their Role: Adolf Hitler was born on April 20th 1889 to Klara Plotzl and Alois Hitler. His father died and left Adolf with an inheritance, at age 18 Adolf’s mother, Klara Plotzl, let Adolf drop out of school and move to Vienna. When he moved to Vinnea, he got two jobs and decided to apply to Art schools and he was rejected twice, he then got interested in politics, anti-semitic, and nationalist Christian-Socialist party.

3.What Is The Significance of The Event/Topic: Hitler’s life before WWII tells people all the events that led up to Hitler doing what he did and it lets people see why he did what he did.

4.What Impact Did The Event/Topic Create: Since Hitler was unable to live his dream and pursue his career in art he was forced to find other interests.

1.	The Treaty of Versailles officially ended World War 1. In the treaty the Allied Powers (Britain, France, Russia, United States) reassigned Germany’s boundaries, and they were held accountable for WWI.

2.	The significance of the event was that Germany was held responsible, but was cancelled when Hitler came into power.

3.	The event affected the world greatly, because Germany still did not pay for damages originally caused in WWI.

4.	A modern day connection is that people constantly do not follow through with the consequences they need to handle, and in the end it will affect those people heavily.

During World War II, Adolf Hitler led the Nazi party of Germany, started WW II, and in secret from the rest of the world, began to systematically exterminate all the people he deemed aberrations to his idea of the perfect Aryan race. He managed to kill 11 million Jews in particular. After the war was over, many things changed in all aspects of life, including the significance of the word 'genocide.' Still, genocide happens today in many African countries, as many of the over three hundred ethnic groups fight to prove superiority.

For more information, here are a couple of links...

www.history.com/topics/world-war-ii/adolf-hitler

www.theholocaust.org/ks3/life-in-nazi-occupied-europe/jews-in-occupied-c...

Justin Myers
What is the event?
Nazi Germany during the 1940s

What people/person were involved?
Mainly the people that were involved were Germans and Jews. But really the Jews were affected horribly slowly laws were being put in that started to restrict Jews rights. They got curfews(they had to be in their homes by a certain time), they had to wear a emblem to show they were Jewish, they were moved into ghettos, many Jews were mistreated, killed, and tortured, then the Nazis started to kill Jews in mass groups in concentration camps. The ones that were able to work were worked either to death or they survived. They would send a group of women, children, elders, and all the weak people into gas chambers or they would burn them all alive. The Jews were the main group that were affected by the Nazis. But there were also other people affected such as gypsies, the mentally ill, physically ill, etc. Also all the countries that were conquered by the Nazis were affected.
What is the significance of the event/topic?
This topic is significant because it is about the the people that started this war and about what they did to innocent people.
Impact of the topic?
This topic is about what the whole war is about mostly about the horrible things they did to certain people.
Modern day connection?
A modern day connection is ISIS going into Jerusalem and beheading people because of their religion or beliefs against them.

In 1942 shortly after the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor, heavy paranoia spread through the US. As people started fearing Japanese Americans and conspiring ideas of connections to the attack, President Roosevelt signed an executive order ordering the relocation of Japanese Americans into concentration camps in the western United States. The internment lasted until 1946 and led to heavy anger from the Japanese Americans. The events also caused serious psychological issues among many older Japanese Americans, and was the cause for an intense lack of American patriotism throughout the Japanese American community.
