Now is the time to be adaptable, innovative and accepting the uncertainty.

b. Hesitancy in in decisions by leaders because of the uncertainty.

c. Emotional experience of uncertainty and impacts to individuals. Greater workload, stop-work orders, and managing what that means for agencies and most importantly the individuals that drive this work.

d. The need to show up differently in place-based collaboratives and communities and acknowledging the “rug being pulled out” feeling associated with trickle-down impacts.

e. How do we help and be there with what we have. Being intentional about being efficient with our collaboratives so our impact can still be at the local level.
