It was so cool seeing you interact with your students on the carpet. Bear Hunt is one of my favorite songs. It was great seeing you set high expectations on the carpet during read-aloud. Can't wait to come back and visit you during a block you lead.

Thanks for letting me sit in on your Writer's Workshop. It was very apparent how invested you were in the session but I'm wondering how we can get your student more invested? 
One thing I would suggest is focusing on behavior management. One quick fix could be resetting the class. If you have given MVP directions and students are not displaying those directions then positive narrate. If 75% of the class is not on task then reset. For this to be only your second week you're doing a great job. Don't get discouraged!
