         <description><![CDATA[<div>Most people, these days, spend most of their lifetime<mark> </mark><strong><mark>on</mark></strong> working, thus many of them consider job satisfaction is the key which contributes to their happiness.<mark> The problem causing a great deal of public attention are the answers for finding factors helping gain job satisfaction and whether all the pursuits can be satisfied in real life.<br></mark><br>There are a number of elements to help employees satisfy more with their<strong> job</strong>. First, by promoting workers in higher position, they would feel comfortable working in the company. For instance, if people get promotion in their job, they would feel the trust toward other <strong>colleagues</strong> and even their self-esteem which makes them happier<del> when work at good working environment.</del> Second, many employers choose to<mark> </mark><strong>increase </strong>the <mark>staff </mark>salary for keep them working well with the company. Since almost workers want to earn a living, the solution benefits not only the quality of the staff life (such as family, housing,…) but also peace of mind at work which keep them concentrate/pay more attention in their stuffs.<br><br></div><div>Although a number of wishes which people expect from the company, some of them may <strong>be</strong> unable applying in realistic situations. For one thing, it is thoroughly difficult to compete for premier positions in workplace. It is clear that the number of higher position is actually less compared to number of employees, hence the employers cannot promote all of the staffs at the time. For another thing, the <mark>well-paid </mark>jobs require a professional level which not <mark>anyone</mark> can meet the requirements. Since many hiring managers, these days, look for people <mark>having</mark> high educational degree, in contrast with <mark>many people having a lower level</mark>, whic<mark>h </mark>significantly limit their opportunities to get high salary job.<br><br></div><div> In conclusion, while there are several factors that help employers gain satisfaction of their job, I would say a plenty of them might be unable applying in realistic situation these days.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Over the past few decades, the phenomenon that job satisfaction is of significant importance to personal well being has gained in popularity, provoking tension in the society. Although there is a myriad of elements to achieve job satisfaction, it is unexpected for all employees to gain the contentment of jobs. <br><br></div><div>To begin with, there is an array of factors to contribute to job gratification. First, high salary is one of aspects to make people happy with their jobs. Since they may gain a sense of fulfillment and cover their basic necessity, which bring them to dream life and satisfy with their jobs. Second, the relationship between workers and their chiefs is vitally important to make individuals content with their jobs. There is sufficient evidence to infer that employees who think negatively about their bosses are often less satisfied, while the ones who find their employers friendly and expressive are more gratified with their work.<br><br></div><div>On the other hand, there are numerous reasons why achieving job contentment is unrealistic. For one thing, in the competitive world, people have to compete with other competitors for high position at work. In fact, well-paid jobs require  the staff not only expert in specialized knowledge but also good at hands-on skills, which is hard to <mark>satisfy </mark>all workers. Furthermore, job satisfaction and the <mark>expectations </mark>of employees change with time, it is most unrealistic to define a job which is perfect and completely satisfactory for all. While people are unsatisfied because of bad relationship with their bosses, other complain about future prospects. That is why it is quite unexpected that each and every worker would be happy in their workplace. <br><br></div><div>In conclusion, job satisfaction plays a pivotal role in people’s lives. From my perspective, it is impractical to gain the contentment of job in this day and age. <br><br></div>]]></description>

This essay will discuss the various aspects which contribute to job satisfaction and the all the expectations, in my point of views, may not reasonable for several reasons.<br><br></div><div>There are a number of features which have influence on job satisfaction. One of the primary factors is that well-paid occupations. It is clear that earning a living is considered as an important aspect among a great deal of people’s lives. Therefore, if employees who have a work with ideal salary will not concern about the demands of their life such as: spending, foods, accommodations and so on. Another reason can be contributed is  promotion in career. For example, the general public, these days, tend to consider their occupation is a method which can help them prove themselves in the social and the workers may fell delighted if their work can be progress rapidly.<br><br></div><div>Although many people place an emphasis on their work, not all their expectations can come true. For one thing, it is difficult to compete for higher positions in workplace. It is obvious that in a working environment where evolve a number of high qualified workers, achieving premier position require individual must undergo many strict training. For another thing, not all workers can apply for a well-paid job. These days, high-salary occupations require employees have a high professional level and experience. However, there are a few of people may cope with it.<br><br>To recapitulate briefly, job satisfaction is attributed to variety of factors but both of the desires, in my opinion, may not resonable for all workers.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>In today’s modern world, the phenomenon that employees spend a majority time of their life on work to be content with job has received a great deal of the general public. Although there are several reasons why job satisfaction is significant for workers, it is still fraught with pitfalls.</strong></div><div><strong>To begin with, there is a myriad of elements why job satisfaction plays a part in employer’s well-being. In fact, some people will be more enjoyable with their life when they have the high salary occupation. For example, since people gain high salary in job, they are not anxious about high living expenses and they are able to pay for education, food, meditation...  Another factor why labors are content with their job is that if people work on their favorite subject, they will feel powerful and enthusiastic to increase the company incomes. It is clear that some people who success in the major, their target may not earn more money, but bringing some motivation to the world.</strong></div><div><strong><br>Nevertheless, most people feel satisfied with their occupation, but the expectation does not come true. First, some jobs, especially well-paid job, requires the professional certification which is difficult to achieve. For instance, for some international companies, they look for employees who has high significant degrees, which causes the unemployement of low education people. Second, the relationship between employers and their colleagues plays a part in job unsatisfaction. There is a sufficient evidence to infer that some people feel disappointed in workplace because of the terrible problems such as argument, different genitive, bad behaviors.<br></strong><br></div><div><strong><br>To recapitulate briefly, given that job satisfaction plays an important role in the society, in my opinion, it may be challenging to gain happiness in working environment <br></strong><br></div>]]></description>
