I think out of all resources that are easy to use and set up there is none flexible than DOCUMENT CAMERAS . They are useful because they can display any worksheets to the entire classroom which makes it easier for learners to follow. They can also capture the teacher's live handwriting. They are easy to set up ,one is required to just plugg the camera into a computer or projector .

Solution would be to be creative, send the chilren to a local library for the activity have them log in to those compters there. Libraries have free wifi and there is always assistance. For grade one, teacher can accompay them to the library on selected days.
