MICROPIPETTE:
It is a suitable instrument for the transfer of small or very small amount of liquid , in the order of microliters. Normally used micropipettes thus permitting the taking of 1000 to 100 μL , 100-10 μL and 10.1 μL .

RACK:
It is used to transport the microtubes.

CILINDER: 
It is a tube with one closed end equipped with a support and the other open with a small spout to facilitate transfer operations . All cylinders indicate the unit of measurement.

PIPETTE:
The pipette is a laboratory instrument through which you can withdraw amounts or not defined in a liquid.

is a small gap in the gel where the DNA is inserted.

It is a pan in which you put the test tubes to stand in bath at 37°C.
