I think the theme in Heron and the Hummingbird is slow and steady wins the race because the Humming bird was going fast but the Heron was going slow so he or she last longer in the race he or she has been flying for four days without breaking a sweat but the Hummingbird was often taking breaks when the Humming was sleeping for the night and when he woke up Heron was already at the dead tree and the Heron won. so thats why i think slow and steady wins the race.

But, Heron was practicing the whole day for the race.
Thats why I think that this is the theme!
