         <description><![CDATA[<p>the lactic acid system is an anaerobic form of energy production. it relies on the breakdown of carbs and glucose to be able to produce energy. the glycogen in the body is a stored for of glucose. glucose and glycogen go through a process called  glycolysis to produce energy. during this process. lactate is formed and hydrogen ions are released. the more hydrogen ions that are released. the more hydrogen ions that are released, the more acidic the muscle becomes it'll become more fatigued. this energy system can last between 15 seconds and 3 minutes. the body will use it for activities which take this amount of time, such as the 400m sprint. the reason that this energy system is only used after 15 seconds is due to the fact that the ATP=PC is used first.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>the aerobic energy system is the only long term energy system. if plenty of oxygen is available, as there will be everyday movements and light exercise. glycogen and fatty acids breaks down which means that the yield of the largest amount of the atp.</p><p>this will end up producing carbon dioxide and water which means that this will not effect the ability of muscle to contract, unlike the lactic and produce by the lactate system. aerobic energy production occurs in the mitochondria of the muscle cells. a example of a sport that uses this is swimming as you will be constantly doing exercise for a long time</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>when our body is exercising our body will not changed from one system to the other. energy will always is deprived from all 3 systems, but the emphasis will change depending on how intense the activity is. When the body is exercising our body will not change from one system to the other.</p><p>energy will always is deprived from all three system, but the emphasis will change depending on how intense the activity will be is to rélative to the efficacy of the drill and aerobic fitness. the muscle cells will burn off the atp and they already contain in around all three of these seconds. the creative phosphate system will kick in and will end up supplying energy to our body, this would be the major energy system used by the muscles of a sprinter when the runner will end up rapidly accelerates. the latic acid will end up kicking inn and this will occur in short distance exercises such as 200 or 400 metre run. if exercise then our aerobic system will end up taking control which means that this will occur in endurance events such as maration when you are constantly running and will be required constant energy.</p>]]></description>
