         <description><![CDATA[<p>My eating habits are different, sometimes I don't eat healthily because I don't know how to cook this type of food.&nbsp;I tend to eat healthy foods like fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, but I don’t always do it. Sometimes, I’m tempted&nbsp;to eat unhealthy treats like junk food or sugary snacks. My quality diet is about 70% healthy and 30% unhealthy. I usually eat three meals a day, but I often skip breakfast or snacks in between meals. My eating habits are somewhat consistent, but this can improve. &nbsp;</p><p>My study hours can affect my diet in several ways. When I have a lot of studying to do, I often skip meals or eat unhealthy snacks to save time. To change my eating habits, I can start by planning my meals in advance, so I have healthy options available even when I’m busy studying. By making these changes, I can improve my overall health and well-being and maintain a balanced diet even during busy study periods.</p>]]></description>

Also, at home I have more time to prepare healthy meals, while at university I usually opt for quick snacks like banana cake and cookies. I would like to change this and try to bring a light breakfast to university to improve my concentration and energy during classes.&nbsp;</p><p><br/></p><p>My studying hours often lead to skipping breakfast and opting for quick snacks between classes. This affects my energy levels and concentration. To improve my diet, I plan to prepare a light breakfast to take with me and choose healthier snacks like fruits and nuts. I have scrambled eggs with tomatoes and onions, bread with cheese, and coffee with milk. But at work, I don’t eat breakfast. For snacks, I eat Oreo cookies at home at 10:00 am on weekends, and at work, I eat the same cookies at 9:00 am.</p><p><br/></p><p>For lunch, I eat roasted chicken, potatoes, and lemon juice at home and at work, but at home, I eat at 3:00 pm, and at work, I eat at 1:00 pm. For dinner, I eat bread and hot chocolate at home, but I don’t eat dinner at work because I leave in the afternoon. I like fast food, especially hamburgers, both at home and at work.</p><p><br/></p><p>Reflection: </p><p><br/></p><p>My food habits are different at home and at work. At home, I have a good breakfast with eggs, bread, and coffee at 6:30 am, but I skip breakfast at work. I eat Oreo cookies as snacks both at home at 10:00 am on weekends and at work at 9:00 am.          <description><![CDATA[<p>I sometimes eat a boiled egg, coffee, bread and some fruits but I never have at breakfast in my work, I have at breakfast at 6:00am so I don´t have at breakfast in my work and I have snacks at 10:00 am also I usually eat fruits and nuts, I always eat for lunch salad, rice, fish, chicken, juice and vegetables.</p><p>I hardly ever eat out at lunch but, I eat out lunch once a month; I always eat lunch at 1:00 pm and I spend 30 min, I hardly ever eat dinner in my home so I sometimes eat for dinner coffee, chocolate and “Arepa” or cookies. I hardly ever eat in the evening also I always eat healthy food during the week and I sometimes eat pizza on the weekend.</p><p>My food habits are similar because I always eat homemade food and I take my lunch box to work or all place.</p><p>In my opinion considered I sometimes eat in the evening bad things as flour products because they are easy buy </p><p>I would like to change the eating habit of eating chocolate at night and sweet things, because isn't good for your health.</p><p><br/></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>My eating habits vary a lot. For example, on Mondays and Tuesdays, I have breakfast at 8:00 am, lunch between 12:00 and 1:00 pm, and a snack at 6:00 pm, and I eat again at 10:00 pm when I get home. On Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, I have breakfast between 9:00 and 10:00 am and lunch between 1:00 and 2:00 pm. This is why I consider my eating habits to be not so good, because the times vary greatly, and I don’t eat very healthily either.</p><p>My work hours greatly affect my diet; I don’t always have breakfast and lunch at the same time. Sometimes, when I don’t have money, I can’t buy a snack at the university, so I have to wait until I get home to eat something.</p><p>What I would like to change about my diet is:</p><ol><li><p>Eating at the same times every day</p></li><li><p>Including water and fruit</p></li><li><p>Bringing healthy food to have as a snack</p></li><li><p>Cutting out candy and junk food</p></li></ol><p>All of this is because I know it will help me have a better quality of life.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>My food habits are different at work and in my home, sometimes I don't have breakfast before the time, I love eating at home, I eat slower and calmer, and I'm cooking recipes from Google. I love cooking and cooking for others.</p><p>I usually eat more healthy food than fast food, but&nbsp;French fries are my favorite food!</p><p>I work in a restaurant; I can choose what to eat; the only problem is the time. But&nbsp;I love their food, it is very variable, and I eat a lot.</p><p><br/></p><p>My eating times are a little variable, I have breakfast at 6:00 am or 9:00 a.m. It depends if I have a driving class.</p><p>I have snacks at 11:00 am if I have an early breakfast, and I have lunch at 3:00 pm or 3:30 pm.</p><p>I have dinner at 11:00 pm after arriving from class.</p><p>I am happy with my eating habits, if I could change something, it would be the times, but I eat well. The snacks I eat at home are often cookies, chips, candies and drink a cup of chocolisto. But at work, I choose healthier snacks like fruits and sometimes cookies. I eat breakfast later at home, around 9 a.m., but at work, I eat earlier. The food at work is usually better because I eat more fruits.</p><p>My working and studying hours affect my diet a lot. When I am busy with work or university, I don't have much time to prepare meals, so I choose simpler and quicker food. This can make me eat faster and sometimes less healthy food. But when my mom helps me cook on the days I work or go to university, I can eat better and healthier meals, which makes my diet better.</p><p>To improve my eating habits, I could start planning and preparing balanced meals in advance, especially for busy workdays. This would help me keep the same quality and nutrition in my diet, so I eat healthier, even when I don't have much time. My lunch break is at 1 o'clock and I have an hour for lunch. I usually have for dinner coffee or aromatic water. I prefer the healthy food, often eat food healthy because the weekend as fast food. &nbsp;</p><p>Usually my food habits are healthy, I have a regulated diet, my weekday routine start at five o'clock for breakfast with fruit, coffee, eggs and juice. In my office I only take aromatic water or coffee, always have a lunch at one o'clock, I eat red meat, vegetables, rice, soup and juice. I'm usually at work and the food I usually order from restaurants is balanced and homemade so you don't feel the difference apart from my mom's delicious seasoning.</p><p>I usually eat at the same time at home and at work I feel that my work and study do not affect my eating schedules. Sometimes maybe I get busy at work and I tend to postpone lunch a little but it's not much.</p><p>I know my habits don't change between work and home, there's no way to combine them. This is due to my work schedule. I don't eat a snack at work, I usually have lunch at 1:00 pm depending on the job I am doing, I normally eat for lunch chicken, rice, potatoes and soup. I have a lunch at 1 pm in my home, work is close to my home, It took me an hour of lunch. I usually have for dinner coffee with bread at 9 pm.</p><p>In my diet, I would change the consumption of sodas and fast foods since they affect health.</p><p>The hours of study do affect my food because I have to come home late to eat.</p><p>&nbsp;In conclusion, regarding eating habits, you always eat better at home and much healthier, meals at work or on the street are of lower quality.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Since I work from home, my eating habits are the same, but when I go out with my fiancé or my family, they tend to change a bit.</p><p><br/></p><p>When I am at home, I usually have my very basic meals, like rice, meat, salad and juice, but when I go out with my fiancé we usually eat special meals like more prepared meats “Cordon Blue, Filette Mignion” or stronger dishes like “Bandeja paisa, churrasco” etc.</p><p><br/></p><p>When I am at home, I always eat at the same time, but when I eat out with my family or my fiancé, we usually eat a little later. When I'm at home, dinner is usually very little or light, but when I'm out it's usually a little heavier or I usually eat fast food.</p><p><br/></p><p>My studies and my work sometimes have very heavy loads, so that makes it difficult for me to eat at exact times, which has generated diseases such as “Gastritis”, sometimes I feel very weak and tired.</p><p><br/></p><p>Maybe from my eating habits I would change eating at untimely hours and try to avoid sweets, because I eat a lot of sweets to keep me active.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>My eating routine at university starts at 5:00 o’clock, I usually have a snack at 10:00 o’clock, I sometimes eat fruit or a hot drink, for example, coffee or milo, unlike, when I am at home, I normally have breakfast at 8:30 am, I don’t eat snacks but, when I have class in the university I eat fruit, chicken, meat or fish with rice, banana, avocado and juice. In mi house I eat same lunch. In the afternoon I normally don’t eat anything, and in the night, I eat fast food or a hot drink.</p><p>I think there isn’t much difference between my diet when I am at university than I am at home, because I try to take care of myself with food, I think meal times change the times, because at university I depend more on the spaces I have available to eat, but, when I am at home I do think that I am more organized with work and meal times.</p>]]></description>
