         <description><![CDATA[<div>The symptoms can start from a month after a traumatic event to years later events related to the first event can cause a second wave of PTSD. People with PTSD could experience avoiding reminders of the trauma, reliving the traumatic event, emotional numbness, and anxiety. Symptoms of PTSD are feeling jittery, sleeping problems, trouble concentrating that someone develops after they experience something harmful, terrifying, or upsetting.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>PTSD is not experienced by all who have a traumatic experience it is actually uncommon. Even just images can cause PTSD. Children can have PTSD too. They may have symptoms adult like symptoms  or other symptoms depending on how old they are. As children get older, their symptoms are more like those of adults. </div>]]></description>

Treatment includes relaxation techniques, group therapies, support groups, and in extreme cases medication. Talking to a professional often leads to long term healing. Seeking help can lead to many benefits including discovering strengths or a support group, new insights into life, and how to cope with other problems.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
