It bothers me that teachers are often viewed as an expendable resource, which results in undeveloped, tired, disenfranchised adults that squelch children's vivacity and gusto for learning. When people suffer, eventually they cause those around them to suffer. Teachers need to be allowed to express their emotions, find ways to be restored back to a homeostatic mental norm, and be allowed to be developed both professionally and as a PERSON.
