She has been feeling tired and distracted lately as she has been sleeping late ever since she received her Personal Learning Device (PLD) last year. Most of the time, she uses the device for her homework, but she tends to multitask and get distracted surfing the internet or YouTube until late at night. So, she ended up finishing her homework at 1am. 


What can you suggest to her?

  • It's affecting her ability to make better use of her time to do other things and she's affecting the people by using up the internet at home and not making time for others.

    - It affects by people and her parents worrying about her and her mental and physical health. Her friends could also be affected by following or doing what she did but also be worried.

    - I can suggest to her to stop staying up so late and do her homework first before playing with her PLD so that she won't have to say up too late.
