         <description><![CDATA[<div>I have improved my career pulse score the second time as I was graded 68% rather than 61%. But areas that I need to focus on working on are&nbsp;interviews and following up afterwards, industry skills and future career choices. Whereas my original feedback was to work on industry skills and being work ready which I feel I have improved on since the first attempt. Now I just need to work on my recent feedback to be able to achieve a higher percentage. </div>]]></description>
