It's the capital city of Argentina and it is quite French in its architecture; however, lately the city has changed a lot. There are many more modern tall buildings, sometimes dwarfing the old ones.
The city has grown really quickly and there doesn't seem to be a quiet neighbourhood anymore. Many families moved to satellite towns in the outskirts of Buenos Aires.
