I spend a lot of time on each graphic novel page, making sure I properly communicate the character's thoughts about what's going on in the story. On this page, the character is in her room after having a fight with her mom about her health - she has an eating disorder. She's struggling with the choice of seeking treatment and getting better, but still feeling shame over her condition.
